I know I have been miserable at updating, but I've taken a few pics of my summer. Enjoy!
One fine summer day, Chris and I ventured into this little coffee shop near the White House. We found the most delightful barista, and so I decided she should become one of my best friends. Ha! But, doesn't Sacha look great in her apron?
Oh, the photo above is so not at all posed! Sacha served Chris a delicious cup of Swings coffee.
Somehow, I managed to talk Chris into walking back to Rosslyn (a part of Arlington, VA, in which he lives). We strolled along the C&O canal in Georgetown, where we saw this darling canal boat.
Chris lives across the Key Bridge from Georgetown. The Key Bridge is HIS bridge. Above, he's admiring the view of the lovely Potomac.
